Check the specific site
Use the provincial directory, not a logo alone. Match the brand, legal entity, product and exact domain. A familiar brand may use different websites in different jurisdictions.
Distinguish operators from suppliers
A game studio, platform provider or critical systems supplier may be registered without being authorized to accept bets. Alberta requires both operator registration and a commercial agreement; Ontario uses AGCO registration and an iGO agreement.
